A request for refund must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase (read: not receipt). After that, we are unable to refund your purchase for any reason. Only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition are eligible for return. To inquire about a return, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds are processed once an item has been returned and inspected, and is found to be in the conditions stated above. At that time, we will notify you by email and process your refund. If your request is rejected, we will also notify you by email.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
